The Service Centre’s process is different from other workshops. You will notice the difference in our customer service and your entire experience with us.
A car service shouldn’t be something you need to worry about
When you book in, we will simply ask the basic information; your name, phone number, the registration number of the car, what needs to be done and when suits you to do it.
This process is the same across our web booking facility and when you call our friendly team in the call room. This reduces the amount of time and takes the complication out of the simple task of booking your car in.
Efficiency and ease is our number one priority. Booking your car in for a service should be a quick and easy thing to cross off your to-do list!
You will always be fully informed – knowledge is power!
From there, you will receive a personalised confirmation text from us which will not only include your booking information, but also a breakdown of the work to be done on your vehicle.
This breakdown includes parts and labour as well as an estimated price of the job, to which you can reply and confirm the work to go ahead. You can also request more information and one of our friendly team will contact you and run you through your options.
One the day will be a breeze
The day before your vehicle is due to come in, you will receive a reminder text message of your booking.
Once your vehicle arrives at our workshop, should it require any additional work or parts to what we have quoted, our friendly workshop manager will give you a call to run you through what we have found and how we would like to treat it.
You will be given all the information available including what could result if the problem is left unresolved and what other options you may have. We will always seek your approval to proceed before carrying out any work.
You will always be kept in the loop
At The Service Centre, we will never carry out any work without your approval. This means no surprise bills and you will always know what is going on.
Once we have worked our magic on your car, you will receive a text message to let you know that your car is ready for collection.
In addition to this unique process we also offer courtesy cars*, local drop off service* and while you wait jobs* to ensure you have no down time and are never left on the street without a vehicle.
